The rules and regulations listed below apply to those who stay in this park on a long-term on-going basis and are in addition to the rules stated in PCRV Park standard brochure.

Occupancy – Up to 2 adults per RV site.  No other people may reside in the RV site without written permission of PCRV Park.

Due to the size and demand of our park, limited overflow parking is available. 

We reserve the right to make site changes at any time and for any reason. We will do our best to honor site requests.

Rent - Rent shall be paid online to Prewett Creek RV Park and will be  charged each month automatically. There is a $100.00 fee if the rent is late.

Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required at time of booking, which will be applied to the first month of stay. There will be no refunds or prorations issued for early departures.  30 Day notice is required for all extended monthly stays.  If notice is less than 30 days,  you will be charged a $250.00 early cancellation/departure fee, your card on file will be charged accordingly.

Pet Policy -  Pets are allowed if approved by Management.  No pet shall be allowed to run loose in the park and no pet shall be left tied outside, unattended by camper. Special trained pets for the differently-abled, such as seeing eye dogs or trained hearing dogs, are allowed and may be of bigger size. Pet owners must clean up after their pets, including all pet excrement. Pets must be kept off other people’s RV spaces. Noisy, messy, destructive, or dangerous pets will be cause for immediate eviction. 

Skirting - Skirting made from foam core, insulation board, hay, or other such materials not allowed. All other forms of skirting are subject to approval, in writing, from the park manager. See below for examples.

Cancellations - All extended monthly reservations require a 30 day notice for early cancellation/departure.  If less than 30 day notice you will be charged a $250.00 early cancellation/departure fee with the card on file.  

Mail - Mail forwarding is NOT ALLOWED. Please secure a PO Box for your mail.
